Amazingly prompt response! I ordered over 1000 items and couldn't believe it when there was an email waiting the following morning saying the items had been dispatched. Easy to track the package online. By comparison I ordered some items from another supplier 3 months ago and I'm still waiting, with no apologies or communication emanating from them to explain the delay.

She is very responsive with any and all issues if any which we never have any dealing with her. She always goes above and beyond to follow up even after we received our order. We only wish all of our Vendors that we deal with on a daily basis were as wonderful as she is. Her personality is bar none.

Best source for mil spec hardware. Website is user friendly, inventory is expansive, overnight shipment is a huge plus, and customer support is responsive and very helpful.
